Grass Valley, CA (September 21, 2010)--AJA Video Systems received two awards last week at IBC 2010; one for its new, highly portable Ki Pro Mini file-based recorder and one for KONA 3G, its new multi-format SD/HD/Dual Link/3G/2K video I/O solution for Mac and PC-based systems.
Ki Pro Mini received a coveted Broadcast Engineering Pick Hit Award, the industry’s longest-running product technology award, given in recognition of products that can bring significant technical and financial improvements to a broadcast or production facility’s operation. KONA 3G was recognized with a TV Technology Europe STAR Award, given to preeminent technological innovations that contribute to advancing the broadcast industry by helping users save money or accomplish tasks in an easier way.
