JVC's new DTV1710CG represents a departure from traditional multi-application monitor design, since this new model provides three input/output option card bays that can be populated with up to three I/O modules. The ability to offer High Definition Serial Digital Interface (HD-SDI) input and active through output connectors, conforming to CCIR 601 standard, makes the DT-V1700 ideal for studios that are going to an end-to-end digital environment.
