All solar Systems arrive pre-configured and before dispatch are put through their paces by our experienced Planet engineers. You can even expect a courtesy call from a Planet engineer once the system is on the work bench to make sure the system is tested with your workflow.

Our Windows 7 based Solar System Xpress workstation's are 64Bit and built on the powerful, sleek and sturdy HP EliteBook 8740w. They utilise the Intel Core i7 processors which deliver exceptional performance on the go. Complete with Nvidia Quadro 3800M graphics card, 8GB of RAM and a stunning 17” WUXGA screen makes the Solar System Xpress the perfect mobile workstation. As with our Desktop Solar Systems there are a variety of compatible video I/O upgrades available.

Each Planet Solar System comes with Solar Support, a comprehensive service and support package that lasts for an amazing 3 years. This gives you a one-stop service and support from our Planet engineers, so most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

Here is exactly what you get (and what it means):

• Full Return to Base Warranty
  The Solar Support provides full cover for both parts and labour, as all hardware can fail from time to time. If this happens we are happy to deal with it, all we need you to do is to return the item to us and we will do the rest
  
• Technical support
  This gives you direct access to our friendly Planet engineers are available via telephone or e-mail.
  
• Remote System support*
  Getting access to your machine allows us to diagnose problems even faster, so our remote support lets our Planet Engineers do just that. Via our remote access portal, we can connect directly to your system and start searching for, and hopefully fixing the problem you were having.

At Planet PC we endeavour to make life easier for our valued customers, and we appreciate that sometimes returning faulty items can be expensive and time consuming. Planet Solar Support+ takes care of this, offering a collect and return service for the full 3 years of you Solar Support contract. So all you need to do is package the kit up and tell us where to pick it up from.

Due to the configuration and testing process our Workstations are therefore not available for next-working-day delivery, build times do not usually exceed 10 working days. Confirmation of expected delivery dates are confirmed upon receipt of your order.
