The first TriCaster trade-in program is now available

Place an order online providing the serial number of the unit that you want to upgrade from.

Or fax the order to 01274 713422 or call our sales team on 01274 713400 with the correct information.

There will then be a delay of a couple of days whilst we obtain an RMA Number from NewTek. Once we have this info, you will be provided with an RMA Number to return the unit to us. It will then be forwarded to NewTek and there will be another short delay whilst we await your new / upgraded unit. It is envisaged that you should be without your unit for no longer than 10 days.

Please make sure you have made a full backup of all your data before sending your unit for an upgrade.

Also please include all accessories along with your TriCaster & TriCaster PRO unit (excluding TriCaster PRO to PRO FX upgrade).
TriCaster VM is not considered an accessory.

* Important! Regarding the "TriCaster PRO to TriCaster PRO FX" trade-in, the unit is not exchanged but is upgraded. Your unit must be returned for internal hardware part replacement and software upgrade to PRO FX. The same TriCaster PRO received will be sent back to you after the PRO FX upgrade process is complete.
