Matrox Axio is a complete postproduction solution that lets you get the best from the Adobe Production Studio software. The Matrox Axio family of HD and SD platforms is designed to give you the highest finishing quality coupled with the most comprehensive realtime feature set and the most versatile codec technology, completely integrated with the Adobe software. The Matrox Axio LE platform delivers it all at an unprecedented low price point.
There are three Matrox Axio platforms to choose from, Matrox Axio HD, Matrox Axio SD, and Matrox Axio LE. All offer ultra high performance editing in HD and SD formats. They differ only in terms of the editing codecs supported, the method of performing Matrox Flex effects, and the audio and video inputs and outputs provided on the breakout boxes.
