The VM-4HD is a high performance distribution amplifier for SDI (SMPTE 259M and SMPTE 344M) and HD-SDI (SMPTE 292M) signals. It takes one input, provides reclocking and equalisation and distributes the signal to four identical outputs.

- Resolution - 8 & 10-bit (automatic).
- Kramer re-clocking™ & Equalisation Technology - Rebuilds the digital signal to travel longer distances.
- Data Rates - 143, 177, 270, 360, 540, 1483.5, 1485Mbps.
- HDTV Compatible.
- Compact DigiTOOLS® - 3 units can be rack mounted side-by-side in a 1U rack space with the optional RK-3T rack adapter. Additional rack adapters with other configurations are also available.
