Following on from bebob’s recent Lux-Led12 model, our latest development is the Lux-Led16 broadcast camera light. The Lux-Led16 is a stepless focusable LED camera light for broadcast applications.
Together, the Lux Broadcast and the Lux-Led12 lights inspired us to develop the Lux-Led16 Broadcast. As a result, the 3-in-1 concept from the Lux Broadcast has now been realised with LEDs, allowing the new light to be used as a freestanding, handheld, and camera light.
A double-articulation system allows the light to shift up or forward, in order to prevent unwanted shadows.
With a sophisticated arrangement of selected LEDs, the illumination angle can be adjusted anywhere between 40° and 60°. The light can also be dimmed and, at full modulation, the colour temperature is in the daylight range. What’s more, the dimmer is integrated into the handle, ergonomically designed, and protected.
The LEDs are so efficient that the Lux-Led16 series emits significantly more light than our conventional halogen lights, while consuming considerably less power.
As standard, the Lux-Led16 comes with the same handle featuring a dimmer as the Lux model and offers an optional 4-leaf barndoor with a diffuser and an artificial light filter.
The completely new LED concept makes this light unique.
